Currently, [GeneticAlgorithm.java](https://github.com/jsuyash1514/aima-java-1/blob/AIMA4e/core/src/main/java/aima/core/search/basic/local/GeneticAlgorithm.java) does not follow the [pseudo code](https://github.com/aimacode/aima-pseudocode/blob/master/md/Genetic-Algorithm.md) of 4th edition. @samagra14 I would like to work on this issue.
