Generic LinkedList Implementation

In chapter_3/linkedList/ the GenericLinkedList implementation is not yet completed.

What is missing in this LinkedList? I can take this issue

@fuboki10 Yes for sure you can take up the issue.
And the issue is that I tried to implement the generic linked list but I was unable to figure out where the problem is, when I tried to compile it says that SLinkedList is not a template.
