Important caveat: distinguish ACM SIGSOFT Distinguished Paper Awards from best-paper, distinguished-artifact, journal-first, SEIP, SEIS, SEET, and workshop awards. Record the track and source wording exactly.

The last bit I'm unsure about -- ICSE SEIP (ex: https://conf.researchr.org/info/icse-2026/awards) looks like it also has official distinguished paper awards, so it appears non-research tracks have such awards, too.
