Steps to reproduce:
- Add a mobile unit with weapon to your team. In my case Lance.
- Set the unit to hold position and disable "Fire at radar".
- Add an enemy building within radar range. In my case Stinger.
- Give an attack command on the enemy building.
- Lose the radar dot from radar view. In my case, I put a Conjurer next to it which has a radar jammer. Alternatively, you can remove your own radar or put terraform in front of it.
- The unit will now move towards the unseen enemy building until it can see it without any visible commands displayed.
Complications:
If you shift queue orders, the unit will seem to ignore the orders you give it until the enemy is destroyed.
If the Lance is on Manuever and has AI enabled, it will move back and forward at around max range.
When you do the same test against an enemy mobile unit, the Lance will nudge forward just for a tiny bit when it loses the radar dot.

I have attached a replay with the behaviour described.
