This is most commonly a memory issue on the environment running the tests. Can you say more about where you are running them? For small, shared hosting environments, it’s often a challenge to get them to run to completion without essentially throwing more memory at it.

I have adjusted the PHP RAM settings from 400MB (which IS a lot to begin with) to 800MB

Meanwhile the uploading fails ( while on the 400MB so it appears to be temporary ? )
