Teleport Arc Inaccuracy

The teleport arc leans more north the further south it is pointed, making aiming difficult.

Yeah, known issue, for now we ignore it because we have many other things to make, but after 0.7.0 should be fixed (or I could do that with AI as a temporary solution... but with teleportation thing Im not sure its a good idea, because there is a math that has to be tested in practice, how it feels, if its convenient in VR etc, so better to do that ourselves to not provide even worse, sloppy teleportation logic)
