[Bug]: Can't use VBoxSVGA or won't even post.

What happened?

This has been going on a while, existed in 7.2.6 as well, maybe some other versions. I can't use the VBoxSVGA or VBoxVGA, I have to use VMSVGA or the VM won't even post, just hangs at a black screen with cursor in upper left corner. When I use that mode things work but the VM wont' resize the Windows area (I boot Windows 10 or 11, it stays one size with a big border around if making larger it or scrollbars if smaller). Doesn't matter if 3D Acceleration is enabled or not.

How can we reproduce this?

Using Win11 Pro on Asus ROG STRIX Z690-F Gaming WIFI Rev 1.xx. Video adapter is NVIDA jGeForce GTX 1660 Ti.
