Add support for running from the Git console on Windows ( MINGW64 )

The current version (0.3.0) works well on most consoles, but doesn't work on Git for Windows (MINGW64), with the error message:

Error: Cannot read keys when either application does not have a console or when
console input has been redirected. Try Console.Read.
