add py.typed to enable type checking

Since this library seems already typed, can you please add a py.typed file as described in https://peps.python.org/pep-0561/#packaging-type-information to enable type checking for users?

Hi! I'm not sure of the implications it has but here is your PR: #32
When you have time, drop a comment once you could successfully try type checking on that branch, then I'll happily merge.

Sorry, I don't use the same tools any more. My current setup (VSCode python extension) is happy with the current package.

Good to hear, I think nowadays most people work on IDEs with good support for python type hints
