Renv branch

Create a branch in the project example repo with the RENV files. GitHub action that any time a new commit happens at the main branch is re-based/merged into the renv so it keeps everything in sync.

I tested making some changes to the README.md and it has synced. I also tested a conflict and the action failed but prompted to do a PR to deal with the merge conflict which sounds acceptable to me as I do not expect many conflicts
