No notfications from forum threads

Description of bug
The bot will not send a notification for any keywords found in forum channels. Applies to the initial post message and any subsequent messages in the thread.

To Reproduce
List the steps taken to produce the bug:

1. Set some keywords
2. Create a forum channel post
3. Send a message from another account with keywords

Expected behavior
I should get a DM from the bot with the highlighted message.
