To assist anyone who wants to start another meetup, we should add content to the new "Meetup Organizer Kit" repository in this org, and then add a section to the site where we link to the repo.

@zachfedor @jd-boyd I believe you two might have some content for this, if one of you wants to create a repo and put what you have in there we could get it started with an outline at least.
