Connecting to a new schema will retain the tabs from the previous connection

What happened?

When the sidebar is displayed as a list,If you connect to Schema A, select Table t, and then switch to Schema B, the tab for t remains open, but it will display an error that B.t does not exist.

And changing the table structure will still automatically switch back to the previous connection.#2015
