Error resolving dependency

Can you please provide a hint how to replace the deleted dependencies?
I tried different forks, but none of them with updated dependencies resolved the issue.

I think I have a similar issue: [error] sbt.librarymanagement.ResolveException: unresolved dependency: com.typesafe.play#sbt-plugin;2.7.1: not found. Any ideas?
