Make applying a rule to all files within a path tree easier

Summary

There isn't a way to apply a rule to all executables/processes inside a path.

Basic example

Ex:

When applying a rule to the Steam path, only the steam executable will be affected.

Motivation

Makes it easier to apply a rule to all games in a Steam library, and it's respective inherited child process (Anti-cheats, launchers etc).

I need to see how your rules are currently defined and run the same config on my side to reproduce the behavior correctly.

These are the rules i'm currently applying. Only the executables at the root directory are affected by the rule.
