Audit hidden/defaulted filing values and let filers review and override them #156

Description

@nonprofittechy

Partner feedback

For values LITEFile hides or chooses by default, the partner wants a place—likely Review—where the filer can see and adjust the system's best guess, especially when a clerk has instructed them to use a different value.

Suggested framing from partner: “Here’s our best guess for your case…” followed by the values and an option to edit them.

Current behavior

The reorganized flow already has a strong foundation: extraction review exposes guessed court/case values with Edit controls, and the final Review page links back to edit major sections. This issue is an audit/completeness task, not a request to rebuild Review.

Acceptance criteria

  • Inventory all filing values supplied automatically, inferred from documents, preselected from EFSP metadata, or otherwise hidden from the filer.
  • Identify which of those values can legally/technically be changed by the filer before submission.
  • Ensure every changeable automatically supplied value is visible on a review/confirmation surface and has an edit path.
  • Clearly distinguish a LITEFile recommendation/default from a value explicitly selected by the filer where useful.
  • Preserve a user override rather than silently replacing it with a later recommendation/default.
  • Document any EFSP-required values that cannot be changed and explain them in user-facing language when they materially affect the filing.
