Creating Climate Object on Yearly data set.

To be able to create climate object on yearly dataset(s) we need to specify data_time_periods as a list.
Example: samrain_obj <- climate$new(data_tables = list (samrain = samrain), data_time_periods = list("yearly") ).

This works for me when I imported my yearly data. It seems functional
already.
