404 on new app creation

Describe the bug
When creating a new oAuth app using smarthingscli apps:create, during the login phase, i get a 404 error and an AWS message saying:
Code: NoSuchKey
Message: The specified key does not exist.

To Reproduce
Create a new smartthings oAuth Application and get to the login redirect page where it binds to your samsung account

Expected behavior
I should see a login prompt. I was never asked for my username

Actual behavior
A 404 appears and prevents me from creating my smartapp
