Inverting (composite) transformation

Inverting composite transformation, ` invert_composite_transform` in [this notebook](https://github.com/InsightSoftwareConsortium/SimpleITK-Notebooks/blob/master/Python/22_Transforms.ipynb), possibly should be done in ITK proper? There probably is a reason it wasn't done there.
