chore(release): 0.3.3 (#9)

Fixes SHA-3300

Bumps the Python SDK package version so the base_url normalization fix
merged in #8 can be published as a patch release.

Verification:
- python -m pytest tests/test_base_url.py -q
- python -m ruff check src tests
