SCAPP crashing

Hi.

I am trying to use SCAPP pipeline but the program closes using a lot of memory.

I am using my PC and SCAPP closes when memory usage is 100% of capacity (20 GB). See photo.

Is there some way to reduce this memory usage?

It really depends on the size of the assembly and samples. Typically you would run scapp in the same place as the assembly, and commonly used metagenomic assemblers (megahit, metaspades) would require a high memory server for large assemblies.
