Sable Call module is very outdated at the moment

Missing fixes like removal of noise cancelling from ScreenShare audio stream (still present here, and makes screenshare unusable if we want to transmit any audio from desktop)
And missing other things from latest ElementCall

Is it possible to merge latest fixes and improvements from ElementCall upstream?
