The MechAFM is a separate code, that does not use the pyvafm at all.
It should not be here, and I think it has already its own repo.

DFT-D3 is also not really using pyvafm...
I think both MechAFM and D3 can be used to generate forcefields for the pyvafm.
We have to chose if we want to have them separate or include them in pyvafm and wrap into circuits

We can make an interface for "calculators". So for MechAFM, the "calculator" class will import the MechAFM from different git.
