Incorrect dummy transistor layout

The dummies are supposed to behave like repeated patterns of a multi-finger transistor. Right now, the dummies are detached from the transistor, which misses the point of having dummies. This has been a long-standing issue.

The issue has been fixed. I removed the extra space from the dummy spacing line.

but then it breaks drc rules
