Add Missing V1 Feature Support

This issue is a omnibus of all of the missing features from V1 devices.

Higher Priority

• Smart Plan (entering and exiting smart plan can cause issues on newer devices and it is a more complicated process.
• Dock controls (empty dock, wash mop, etc.)

Lower Priority

• Schedules
• Camera Livestream
• Carpet Cleaning Settings
• Floor Cleaning Settings
• Obstacle Avoidance Settings
• Remote Control
• Finish Reason
