Create a short synthetic README demo without desktop recording #2

Description

@Pybsama

Why

The README now shows a synthetic expanded-panel image near the top. A short demo could explain compact, expanded, and pinned states more quickly while keeping the project’s privacy boundary intact.

Scope

Create a short, reproducible demo assembled only from synthetic fixtures or deterministic rendered frames. It should show:

  • compact state;
  • pointer expansion;
  • pinned expanded state;
  • the second account as a last-confirmed snapshot.

Use fixed fictional values such as δ 82% and ε 61%.

Privacy requirements

Do not record a real desktop or application session. Do not use real accounts, quota values, notifications, logs, local paths, device names, or screenshots. Do not add third-party assets with unclear licensing.

Acceptance criteria

  • English-only visible text.
  • Maximum 5 MB and a short loop suitable for GitHub README rendering.
  • Static PNG previews remain available as the Reduce Motion alternative.
  • The generation process and asset provenance are documented.
  • Public-tree verification and relevant presentation tests pass.
