<p>Disobeying the rules listed on this page while using any ClanMC service may result in a punishment in the form of a warn, kick, temporary ban & permenant ban depending on the severity of the rule broken and the best judgement
of the staff member. Previous infractions will be taken into account when punishing a player.<br></p>
<p>We remind players that the use of the Fluenza Network is a privilege which may be taken from you at any time by the staff members at Fluenza Network.<br></p>

<h4 class="question" style="height: 22px;font-size: 18px;">A) General Behaviour</h4>

<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>1) </strong>Maintain a casual and positive atmosphere at all times. Inappropriate or aggressive language, regardless if it is directed at someone or not, will not be tolerated. Be respectful to all players &
staff members. Harassment, bullying, rudeness and swearing is strictly not allowed.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>2) </strong>Scamming is strictly forbidden on all of our services, this involves the stealing of account information, general information, money or accounts. A severe punishment will be issued to any player breaking
this rule.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>3) </strong>The communication features provided through our Minecraft server and forums is a privilege. Abusing messaging features through partaking in one of the following actions below is strictly against the
rules. If you are unsure if content that you would like to send through chat is allowed, please contact a staff member to verify the content. Below is a list of behaviours that are <strong>not </strong>allowed on our services:</p>

style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Spamming chat - Repeatedly sending similar or identical chat messages to the point where it will annoy other users</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Linking to inappropriate material</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Linking to non ClanMC related content and other Minecraft Services. This includes but is not limited to: the server IP, the server’s website or any social media content containing information regarding the server.<br></p>
<p
style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>4) </strong>Follow all directions given by a staff member. <strong>If you believe a staff member is abusing their power through unfair punishments or other methods, please contact a manager or administrator and provide any evidence or details you possess regarding the staff member.</strong><br></p>
<p
style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>5) </strong>Do not encourage players to break any rules that are listed on this page. If a player breaks a rule as a result of your own actions you will also be punished.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>6) </strong>Ban evasion is strictly prohibited and will result in an IP ban. We use software to detect those attempt to evade a punishment.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>7) </strong>If you are not a member of staff, do not act as if you are a staff member yourself.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>8) </strong>The exploitation of any in game faults/bugs is <strong>strictly forbidden. </strong>We ask players to immediately report them to a Administrator or Developer. You can also report bugs on
our public issue tracker at: <a href="https://github.com/Clan-MC/Issues/issues">https://github.com/Clan-MC/Issues/issues</a><br></p>

<h4 class="question" style="font-size: 18px;">B) Server Behaviour</h4>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>1) </strong>Your Minecraft username and skin must be appropriate for all ages. Objectionable usernames and skins will not be tolerated.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>2) </strong>You may not intentionally negatively impact your team in any way. This includes any of the following actions listed below. Other actions not listed below may be deemed against the rules by a staff member
but this will be communicated to you:<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Stealing from team members<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Griefing team bases and intentionally blocking important areas<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Killing or attempting to kill players of your own team<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>3) </strong>Do not publicly accuse players of breaking the rules, instead consult a staff member by using the /report system.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>4) </strong>Do not spawn kill. This is where a player kills other players briefly after spawning, adequate time should be provided for the player to gather their own surroundings. Staff members will use their best
judgement to decide whether a player is intentionally spawn killing<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>5) </strong>Do not cooperate with other teams to give your own team an advantage<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>6) </strong>When spectating a match do not give out tactical feedback to give a player or team an advantage over others<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>7) </strong>Combat logging (when a player quits a game when being about to be killed) is strictly forbidden.<br></p>

<h4 class="question" style="font-size: 18px;">C) Client Modifications</h4>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>1) </strong>Any client modifications that give you an unfair, game altering advantage over other Minecraft players is not allowed.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>2) </strong>The following Minecraft client modifications are allowed in game:<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Optifine<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Badlion Client & Lunar Client<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - ArmorStatusHUD/StatusEffectHUD<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Any texture pack that does not fall under the "strictly forbidden" category<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Gamma-Bright<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>3) </strong>The following Minecraft client modifications are strictly forbidden:<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Inventory Sorting Mods</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Fly Mods</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Aimbots</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Toggle Crouch Mods</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Minimaps which reveal positions of other players</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Auto swing mods</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Kill Aura</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Sigma Client & all modifications it provides</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Mods that assist in switching tools</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - X-Ray Mods or texture packs</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Nodus</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Mods which enhance player visibility (excluding optifine)</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"> - Mods which enhance player sprint (excluding vanilla sprint key)</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>4) </strong>If you are unsure on whether a modification is permitted please contact a staff member.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>5) </strong>You may only press 1 button and having it register as 1 click.<br></p>

<h4 class="question" style="font-size: 18px;">D) Discord Behaviour</h4>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>1) </strong>Do not encourage flame war topics or topics that will make other users feel angry or insulted<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>2) </strong>Refrain from excessively swearing or using excessive bad language when communicating in either the text or voice channels.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>3) </strong>Stay on topic within channels. Low quality and non-ClanMC content belongs in #off-topic<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>4) </strong>Do not use any sound or voice effects, or play music through your client.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>5) </strong>Be respectful of everybodies views, remember we are a diverse community of players from all round the world.</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>6) </strong>Be respectful of other people's hearing. Do not make unnecessarily loud or unpleasent noise.</p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>7) </strong>Do not violate the Discord terms of service or community guidelines.</p>

<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>1) </strong>When an important rule change is made the staff will notify players through the forums. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any rule changes.<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>2) </strong>If you feel as if you have been wrongly punished you may appeal using an appeal on the punishments page. Managers and higher staff, are allowed to grant appeals<br></p>
<p style="width: 1024px;margin: 10px;"><strong>3) </strong>Players with previous infractions on record that have not been appealed will experience more harsh punishments for violating the rules.<br></p>
