[Bug]: Unable to scroll on the website when the filter tab is closed

• I have searched existing issues and did not find a duplicate.

What happened?

Unable to scroll at all on the website if i've closed the filter popup, consistent across both firefox and chrome based browsers.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to the emuready.com
2. click Browse Handheld compatibility
3. close the filters window

Expected Behavior

the webpage to scroll.

Environment

MacOS
Zen Browser (firefox based) also Chrome and Vivaldi when tested there.
