UI Bug: Reviewer profile pictures and divider alignment issues

Description

The reviewers section in the top right displays visual inconsistencies:

1. Profile picture background issue: The background of the profile picture is larger than the profile picture itself
2. Divider line misalignment: The divider line below the reviewer has a height mismatch with the divider line of the title section

Expected Behavior

• Profile picture background should match the profile picture size
• Divider lines should have consistent height alignment across the reviewer section and title section

Actual Behavior

• Profile picture background extends beyond the actual profile picture
• Divider line heights are inconsistent between sections
