I feel it would be quite nice if it were in a convenient package, and thought perhaps you'd be interested in adding it to yours, rather than me writing my own? I haven't looked too deeply at your package, but if you need me to, I can figure it out and submit a PR.
The reason I wrote it is that it makes it quite easy to integrate a form with https://flow.microsoft.com, and that lets you plug a form straight into a CRM or any other LOB system. Goes quite well with having a captcha on the page.
