Bonded modifiers apply without Wisdom of the Maji

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

If you don't have the shaman ascendancy node Wisdom of the Maji allocated, you should not get the benefits of bonded modifiers.

How does Path of Building behave?

For some runes, you also get some of the bonded modifiers (those with multiple lines?). In the provided screenshot, since I don't have the ascendancy allocated, I should get +30 to maximum life. Instead, the +20 from the bonded modifier is also added.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Create a new rare item (boots for example)
2. Add an augment socket
3. Add a Lesser Body Rune to the socket
4. Observe the stat differences
