WebView does not work with Avalonia 12 due to breaking changes

The Avalonia WebView control does not work with Avalonia 12 due to breaking changes in their APIs:

There needs to be a new version that supports these changes.

Seems like the problem rooted from a different repo, this and the CefGlue itself needs to be updated OutSystems/CefGlue#246

I think so? Either that or OutSystems are busy or something, I wanna fix it myself but I didn't really understand what's going on, I've tried fixing just this repo but then it complains about CefGlue.Avalonia itself being the problem

What should be changed is the Avalonia version as far as I know, along with some functions arguments especially related to Focus loguc that needs to be replaced
