In the CLI window, incoming chat messages are displayed with “[i] Message received from [callsign]” at the beginning and an ellipsis at the end, sort of like a log message, and also truncated to 50 characters if long.
They should be displayed in full and maybe with a more terse header, for normal user interface purposes.
