with that design, always start the plant side by a pump ! otherwise the plant inlet temperature could be constant

The simplest and most common arrangement is to have one loop pump on the supply side inlet. In plant demand half-loops pumps can be placed only in the inlet branch. This will allow simulation of primary-secondary systems.
