Should not care about removed files #25

Currently flags removal of potentially bad files (e.g. *.sql) and forces a --no-verify to continue.

Behaviour should be that files being removed from a diff should not be flagged (at least as problems - at the most maybe a note that you might want to run a history sanitiser tool to purge them altogether)
