Double quotes in create table instead of backtick?

Example:

CREATE TABLE "backup" (
  "id" varchar(36) NOT NULL,
  "user_id" int NOT NULL,
  "file_name_sql" varchar(19) NOT NULL,
  "file_name_zip" varchar(19) NOT NULL,
  "created_at" datetime NOT NULL,
  "deleted_at" datetime DEFAULT NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY ("id"),
  UNIQUE KEY "id_UNIQUE" ("id")
);

I'm backing up on a server at DigitalOcean and I had this surprise where it should be "" in double quotes, is there a way to configure this to always be backtick ""?
