New plot type request.
A periodic table of the elements rendered in its canonical layout (18 groups x 7 periods plus lanthanide/actinide rows), where each element tile is colored by a continuous property (e.g. electronegativity, atomic radius, melting point, first ionization energy) with a colorbar, and tiles show element symbol, atomic number and optionally the property value.
Why: a distinctive, instantly recognizable science-education visualization combining a fixed grid layout with heatmap encoding; the chemistry family (titration-curve, spectrum-nmr, calibration-beer-lambert, phase-diagram) lacks it, and no other spec covers a fixed-layout tile grid of this kind apart from map-tilegrid for geography. Fully static-renderable.
