Falla al iniciar jupiter

Buena tarde al trata de hacer el inicio de iniciar mi primer notebook me aparece el siguiente erro

Yo tengo instaladas estas extensiones en visual code, comentame si despues de instalarlas y recargar te sigue saliendo lo mismo

%pip install ipywidgets
%pip install -- upgrade ipywidgets

igual yo ya cambie variables de entorno instale nuevamente python y me marco lo mismo de hecho ayer si me funciono bien y hoy que quise rehacer la practica marco eso

Python 3.10.2 de 64 bits (~\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python310\python.exe)
Ya tienes instalado Python antes de instalar jupyter, descarga desde la web y despues instala vsc he instala primero python.

justo me acabó de pasar lo mismo
tuve que reinstalar jupyter desde pip
si usas sistemas un*x (macOS, Linux, BSD, etc.) ejecuta:
pip3 install jupyter
Si usas windows, hay que descargarlo

@gersondlarosa Tengo el mismo problema. No puedo correr los notebooks desde vscode. Lo único que pude hacer es ejecutar desde la terminal de VSCode python -m notebook y the abre los notebooks en una ventana del navegador web.

trata de cambiar la terminal de VC por CMD por que veo queestas usando powershell. te dejo un ejemplo. y intentalo
