First alerted to this isse on the RO discord, changing the rescaleFactor of a part causes the B9PS node-move function to move the node too much, appears to be twice what it should be.

Right now we're fixing this with some MM magic, but it'd be great to have this sorted properly in B9PS. https://github.com/KSP-RO/RealismOverhaul/blob/master/GameData/RealismOverhaul/RO_SuggestedMods/ModularLaunchPads/MLP.cfg#L11
