Proposal: Run one full pilot — a real, external, non-gittensory-affiliated repository, a real idea, real (small) payment — through every group in this milestone end-to-end, and confirm each item closes against real execution, not a mock.

Deliverables:

• A documented pilot run, start to finish, with every gap found along the way filed as its own follow-up issue rather than waved through.

Acceptance criteria:

• The pilot completes an idea-to-result cycle against a real external repository with no manual intervention outside what the support/escalation path (Support & escalation path #4806) allows.
• Every issue in this milestone is confirmed working against that real run, not just individually merged.

Boundaries:

• This issue does not close until the pilot is real and complete — it is the gate, not a formality.
