Embarcadero c++ builder 13.1 Win64Modern compiler Linker Error

I managed to build VirtualTreesCR.bpl for Windows64-Modern with Builder C++ 13.1. but when i put component "TVirtualStringTree" on Form and try to compile with Win64Modern i got this errors? Have anybody managed to use VirtualTrees with Win64Modern in C++ Builder 13.1?
This are errors:
[Linker Error] ld.lld: error: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\37.0\DCP\VirtualTreesCR.bpi: unknown file type
[Linker Error] ld.lld: error: could not open 'VirtualTreesCR.lib': no such file or directory

Sorry, I do not use C++ Builder. For many years we are seeking a maintainer für C++ Builder, but without success.
