Create integration peripherals on 1.21.1

Describe

The integration for the create mod doesn't seem to work. The advanced peripherals methods for basins and tanks are not available and the rest of the peripherals can't even be found or wrapped as peripherals.

Steps to reproduce

1. Wrap a basin
2. Try to call any method from advanced peripherals

We did not add the create integration yet
When we ported AP, create did not exist for 1.21.1
And we hadn't gotten the time to implement it
