issues of Source Error is resurfacing again previously i got error sign in to confirm..... even thought i already sign in

you can update to 5.2.2 and see if the issue is still there; if yes please open a new issue with the new error report.
and in the meantime of fix you can use tv_downgraded for logged in endpoint.
