[ESF] Custom filter dialog buttons wrap to a new row in the Bootstrap theme

Description

In the Grid - Excel Style Filtering UI, the close (X) button in the filter-condition dialog is misaligned.

Note: it's visible in blazor samples as there we're using precompiled Blazor theme

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download and run the attached sample
2. Open any column ESF filter
3. Open any text filter condition(for example Contains)

Actual Result

Close button goes to the next row

Expected Result

Close button should be retained on the same row and aligned correctly as in other themes
