Extend updateCollection use case to include displayOnCreate input level

The Edit Collection page needs to be updated to allow setting "displayOnCreate" for metadata fields. The API supports this, but the js-dataverse use case needs to updated to include "displayOnCreate" as a possible inputLevel.
