Accepting public domain license in validator?

We have material which license is public domain, and now the IIIF validator online gives error for those.

Error 1 of 1. Message: 'https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/mark/1.0/deed.fi' does not match 'http://creativecommons.org/licenses/.*'

Is it possible that validator would accept public domain licenses ?

Hi, @TuulaP. The spec expects http not https, so that could cause the error (here is a link to the rights property section in the spec: https://iiif.io/api/registry/rights/ -- note the yellow box with "Machine actionable URIs and links for users" callout), but I see the validator expects /licenses/ so perhaps we need to update the validator to also accept /publicdomain/ @glenrobson?

There is also a IIIF Registry page listing the supported rights statements and licenses: https://iiif.io/api/registry/rights/ - any of the variations of these should be fine using their corresponding http URIs.
