Upstream: Telegram fullscreen animated emoji is blurry / low quality

Summary

When Telegram opens an animated / custom emoji in the full-size media viewer, it often upscales a small inline thumbnail, so the result looks blurry and pixelated.

This is a Telegram client issue. Hyperlinks Space is tracking and reporting it upstream.

Expected

Play the full Lottie/.tgs (or show a high-res still) at a crisp large size — do not enlarge the tiny chat-inline bitmap.
