Discover Microsoft Azure virtual machines

• Add functionality to the list command to retrieve Microsoft Azure compute instances and cache the data locally alongside AWS and self managed instances with the following fields:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Key
  • Username
  • State
  • Accessible
  • Location
  • Account
• Be able to view these instances in the table from the List command
