 "voila installation_on_site.ipynb --no-browser" not working with the beta branch

We tried to use the web dashboard:
`[hypernets@hypernets-cnr1 utils]$ voila installation_on_site.ipynb --no-browser`

, but it did not work with the following error:
```
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'hypernets.scripts'
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'hypernets.scripts'
```
