-B00 option with different FRAME TYPE #8976

Hi there,

I noticed that -B00 takes precedent over --MAP_FRAME_TYPE.

For example,

gmt basemap -R0/1/0/1 -JX10c -B00afg --MAP_FRAME_TYPE=inside -png test
